SNAP (food stamps) and WIC put money on a card for groceries every month. Here's how to apply in Oklahoma and where to get help with the paperwork.
Apply for SNAP
- Apply online at OKDHSLive. It's the fastest way, and you can save and finish later.
- Upload any documents they ask for, like pay stubs or ID.
- Oklahoma Human Services calls you for a short interview.
- If approved, your benefits arrive on an EBT card you use like a debit card.
Households with very little income may get expedited benefits within about 7 days. Most decisions take up to 30 days.
